I received a response from Rory McManus the original creator of StormSiren. He’s decided to turn over the project to me and give me access to the SourceForge site.
Hi Chris,Wow,sounds like you’ve been doing a lot of work on StormSiren. I’ll admit that I haven’t had a lot of time to work on it in a long time,so I think I’d be game to hand the project over. It is great to see active development and use of the project. Do you have an account on SourceForge such that I could add you to the project administrator group? Or did you have some other way you’d like to handle it? As long as I’m still listed in the credits for the original concept,I’d be happy to see this project move forward.

I’ve began reworking the SourceForge site and remove the options to features that can be better served through trac.
