Development support for StormXmlSiren

I’ve been working on a creating a suitable development site for the project.  Over the last day or so,using the information provided at http://trac.edgewall.org/wiki/TracMercurial,I’ve setup a Trac instance for the project.  At my day job,we use Trac successfully to collaborate on projects.  It’s a good tool that provides a wiki,ticket tracking,quick changelog viewing,and source code browsing.  The Trac instance can be found at http://www.cfreeze.com/trac/stormsiren/.
